What
is a certified translation?
A
certified translation consist of a document signed by an
officer of the translation agency and notarized by a
Notary Public, attesting that the translation company
believes the translation to be accurate and complete.
This part of the document is called a "Translation
Certification".
What
is the price for a certified translation of a document?
$30-40
USD for most documents.(Check
our price-list for exact prices).
What
are the acceptable forms of payment?
We
require payment in advance: Cash, Credit Card, and
PayPal.
If you don't want to pay through the internet we accept
cash by mail. We will perform the translation after
payment is received.
After
agreeing to the terms of the translation, we will send
you a personalized e-mail invoice which links you to the
PayPal secure payment site for BBT Translation Services.
How
we get your documents for translation?
We don't
need the original.
We can use a
scanned copy or fax or e-mail.

What
is the information required?

names that appear in the document written in English
as they are in another document like a passport so
there will be no spelling errors.

We will send you the certified translation:
By regular US Mail (First Class, 3 to 5 days) for an
additional charge of $5.00
By Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) for an additional charge
of $10.00
By Express Mail Delivery (by noon, next day) at
additional charge of $20.00
How
long it takes to send the documents back?
The
finished notarized document will be in the mail or ready
for delivery 48 - 72 hours (unless stated otherwise)
after payment is received.
How
should I get my documents?
The
documents will be returned to you via fax or e-mail
and the original translation via mail delivery of your
choice.
What
should I expect from the finished document?
-
You
will receive a notarized, balanced, clearly
understandable and linguistically correct
translation that resembles the style and format of
the original document. Documents are returned on 8
1/2" x 14" legal paper allowing an area
for proper notarization of the company
representative's oath regarding the document's
completeness, accuracy and his own level of
competency. Translations are printed on the BBT
Breaking Barriers Translation Services company
letterhead.

company stamped and signed copy of the source
document used in the translation.
How
long you keep the documents?
All
translations are kept on file for a minimum of 3 years.
What
if I want additional copies?
Additional
notarized certificate copies are available at $10.00 per
notarized page which includes the notarization, printing
and postage via first-class mail.
If
you want a PDF (unsigned - non-notarized) version of
your translation, we will provide that free of charge
anytime after the original translation services have
been provided.
All
translations are treated as confidential, and we undertake to keep all information that
we learn within the scope of our work for a client in the strictest
confidence.
