When filing an application with the USCIS there is a need to submit supporting documentation. Most of these supporting documents are proof of the marital status, tax information, medical and military documents. These documents must be in English. In the event that your documents are in a foreign language, according to the USCIS website you must submit a complete translation. This is the text that appears in the USCIS website: Any foreign language document must be accompanied by a full English translation that the translator has certified as complete and correct, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate the foreign language into English.
All our translations for the USCIS are certified. We are members of the ATA - American Translators Association and as such we are duly qualified to certify our translations. If needed, we can provide a notary signature on the certification.
