Official Certified Translation Services
We provide certified translations
with a an Apostille certificate from the State of Florida to be used abroad.
If you need to use a certified translation in another country, an apostille certificate is required. In order to get an apostille on a translation, the translation of your document must be certified and notarized. A certified translation is a translation of a document that includes a Certificate of Accuracy signed by the translator attesting to the accuracy of the translation, while mentioning his/her credentials and qualifications to translate your document. The Certificate of Accuracy bears our stamps and our signatures. It is placed in our letterhead. This certification will be signed by a notary from the state of Florida.
The apostille certification is issued by the State Department of Florida and it is a certification that the notary was registered and commissioned in the State of Florida.
The certified and notarized translation will be mailed to the Department of State for the apostille certification. Once we receive the certified, notarized and Apostilled translations back from the Department of State of Florida we will translate the Apostille if it needs to be in another language other than English. We will attach the translation of the Apostille to the Apostilled document that we receive from the Department of State and mail it you.
